Beach Club Villa 31 guests have exclusive access to the Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

Best Belated Mother’s Day Trip Ever
My three girlfriends and I had the absolute best time at 31 Beach Club Villas on our belated Mother’s Day trip. Being able to check in early was such a nice surprise and set the tone for a relaxing stay. The villa is oceanfront with gorgeous views, a well-equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Communication with Alec from Deserving Vacations was excellent—super quick responses and helpful with the couple of minor issues we had. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to restaurants at Wild Dunes, and Beach and Games To Go made it easy by dropping off beach chairs and umbrellas at a very reasonable price. Everything about our stay was seamless and fun. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great Spot for a relaxing vacation
Our stay was fabulous and very relaxing. We were able to check in a bit early (which was wonderful since we had just gone grocery shopping), the unit was clean, well stocked with plates, silverware, cooking items, glasses (including real wineglasses!) temp was set to 73, and ready to be enjoyed. The beach access was key - we had large coolers, chairs, a sun canopy, and more. We were able to keep everything in the beach level storage area, with very easy access to both the beach and the pool. The beds were comfortable, and linens/towels were of good quality. Plenty of privacy for all, and having 3 full bathroms is a huge asset! If I had to pick something that could be improved upon it would be replacing the couch, which as noted in other reviews, is a bit worn/stained, although large enough to seat 6 comfortably. The other item would be that the screened in porch could use a paint job and better bug/spider web removal. Parking at the unit was easy, we had 3 cars and never had a problem getting a parking spot directly in front of the unit. I would absolutely stay at this property again. The communication with Derserving Vacations was great, check-in was a breeze and they were always there to assist if needed.

Everything about our stay was made so easy!!! Beach front, baby rental recommendations, beach chair rentals and bikes as well!! It was perfect for our first family vacation !!
Great Views!
This Condo has the best view of any I have rented in Wild Dunes! Condo was super clean and well equipped. Working with Deserving Vacations and Alec is a pure pleasure. We will be returning.
Wonderful Condo
This is our 3rd consecutive year booking this condo, and we've loved it each time! The condo is up-to-date with comfortable furniture and beds. Great location, quiet condo and excellent views of the beach. I bet you'll love it as much as we do!!

My wife and I stayed in this condo for a relaxing getaway. We were blown away by the gorgeous view we had of the ocean. We could sit on the screen porch and not only see the waves, but hear them, as well. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The entire condo was up to date and extremely clean and well equipped. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next trip to Charleston!!! We will definitely be going back. The property manager, Alec, was very quick to answer any questions that we had. You will fall in love with this condo!!!!!

Perfect Family Vacation
The condo was tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We felt very much at home while there and loved the beautiful view and proximity of the beach. It was a pleasure to work with Deserving Vacations. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider a return visit!
Amazing Beach Home
We loved our stay at Villa 31. The house has great beach vibes, the master upstairs has the best view, rooms are spacious, modern and clean, we used the kitchen for breakfast, two coffee makers (regular brew and a Nespresso), we had breakfast in the sun room, the beach is 5 mins walk, literally in the backyard, the pool is also 3 mins walk. Overall we had a great stay, we would definitely go back!
