Amazing Vacation!
Summer House 204 was fabulous! The condo had ample space, amenities, and was in a prime location to enjoy the pool and beach. The team at Deserving Vacations was amazing and made booking a breeze. We look forward to visiting again!

Summer House 204 made for our dream vacation! Beautifully decorated & updated unit that was immaculate. Loved the quick access to the beach and relaxing pool. Amazing!
The condo was just as expected and even better! We had a family of 6… 3 teens and a 3 year old. The layout was perfect. Everyone loved the close proximity and easy beach access as well as being just steps away from the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals which was great. I pre-ordered grocery delivery from Harris Teeter for our arrival day. It was only 12 min away to make a few extra trips to the store after that! We would definitely come back. In fact we would like to just move right in for good! :)
Great Condo & Rental Company
This is a great condo! It’s been recently updated and is very clean with everything in perfect working order. The Internet connection and WiFi is excellent along with all the appliances and HVAC unit. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Also, a huge shoutout and thanks to Alec B. with Deserving Vacations!!! It was my 40th wedding anniversary, and Alec went above and beyond to help me get 40 long stem red roses (I add one each year & have never missed one) received and waiting for my wife, so it was the first thing she would see upon arrival. She was blown away! Alec reached out to the local florist to ensure the roses got delivered on time, and he kept me updated throughout the process. We will definitely be using Deserving Vacations in the future! RwR
Amazing stay!
A perfect place for a family with kids to stay — comfortable layout with plenty of space for our family of two adults and two kids, beautiful views, and just steps to the beach and pool, making the days so simple, easy and fun. Absolutely hope to stay here again!

Lovely condo with ocean view
Summer House 204 was lovely. Host was very responsive with our questions. Kitchen and bathrooms were newly updated. Condo was comfortable and well-appointed.

Summer House is exactly as it’s pictured. It’s beautiful and a very family friendly condo! Hope to come back next year!
Great condo with accessibility
We have an adult son who is wheelchair bound and it’s very difficult to find a unit that’s both accessible and is in close proximity to the beach. Summer House 204 is it! The condo had everything we needed and we were able to get him to the beach pretty easily. We will definitely be coming back!
