This first-floor unit is a convenient walk to the Lagoon Villas community pool and the beach — and the layout is designed to make the most of where you are. Each bedroom has its own full en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool, giving guests the perfect spot to watch the activity below or unwind with the island breeze.
Two queen beds in each bedroom means everyone sleeps comfortably — no arguments, no pull-out sofas. The fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, and easy access to Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, restaurants, and bike rentals make it an ideal home base for families, friend groups, and active couples alike.

Lagoon Villa 9 guests have exclusive access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.
🏋️ Fitness
The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
🎾 Tennis & Pickleball
Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!

Great comfy condo. Very clean, organized and convenient to everything in Wild Dunes. Would definitely stay there again. Pool is in your back yard basically.
Great condo for Girls Trip
Condo is nicely updated and has a well stocked kitchen, one of the best we’ve encountered. The layout with 2 queen beds in each bedroom provides plenty of room. Bathroom has loads of hooks. Its the little things these owners have provided to make this a great rental. Only negative is the water temperature in the showers was difficult to regulate.

Clean and beautiful- perfect
We stayed here for a baseball trip at the Shipyard with another mom and son duo. This place was perfect for us. Upon arrival, you could tell that the place was very taken care of and it was clean and beautiful and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. Also It was a short walk to the beach and had lots to do within walking distance. Perfect place to stay! I would stay here again and again!
