Mariner’s Walk 12E is a stunning three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom oceanfront villa that positions itself as one of the premier rentals in all of Wild Dunes — and the views back that up completely. With the Atlantic stretching out before you from multiple vantage points, a beachfront location that puts the sand steps away, and a layout designed for larger families and groups, this villa is hard to top.
Three bedrooms, all en suite: a king, dual full beds, and a queen — meaning everyone has their own comfortable space and their own bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Mariner’s Walk private pool make it easy to settle into island life from the moment you arrive. Golf, spa, bike trails, and Wild Dunes’ restaurants are all within easy reach.

Mariner’s Walk 12E guests have exclusive access to the Mariner’s Walk private pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
🎾 Tennis & Pickleball
Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!

Great Ocean Front Condo!
Everything was exactly as advertised. We particularly enjoyed the dining table on the main patio with a great view of the ocean. We had one small issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly and the management company was there within the hour to fix it. I would definitely rent this again.

Loved this condo! Easy walk to Pavillion but away from crowds! Beautiful views. Very clean with full kitchen. We loved the master on the third floor. Great vacation!

The condo is clean and well stocked. The hosts were able to answer any of my questions I sent have time. We had a very enjoyable stay. The ocean view was beautiful. Lots of sand dollars on the beach.
Spring Escape
We stayed in Mainers Walk at Wild Dunes for a nice spring escape. We couldn’t have been more pleased, the views of the ocean from the decks were amazing. The sunrises gorgeous. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms all very comfortable. We will come back.
Spring Break
We stay in Wild Dunes every year, but this was the first time at Mariners. Our condo was amazing with a phenomenal view of the ocean from all 3 levels. We will definitely rent this condo again!!
