Please note that Summer Dunes Lane 3 does not include community pool access. The pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors.
🔇 Noise Ordinance
Isle of Palms enforces a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Please keep voices, music, and outdoor noise to a respectful level during these hours.

Family vacation
Our family enjoyed the house and location. When a pipe broke Alec was quick to send someone right over to fix it with no problem. Thanks so much for a fun family getaway.
Quiet and spacious
Our girls group loved the easy access to the beach and the nice-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is in a quiet area just three doors down from the beach access. We easily parked six cars (1 in garage, 2 side by side in driveway, and 3 on the street). Property management was very responsive.
Beach Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay here. Fantastic house, location and views. This was a perfect vacation with swims on the beach, relaxing walks either on the beach or on the paths in the perfectly maintained area of Wild Dunes. The house had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again!
Family Vacation
This house was absolutely perfect for our family beach vacation. It’s very clean and spacious. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Every bedroom was nice and spacious as well. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was icing on the cake. The beach views were incredible, and the beach access was just right there. Alec was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We would absolutely stay in 3 Summer Dunes Ln. again. Thank you so much.

We spent 5 days there with just family members to watch the NFL Draft with our son. It’s a beautiful place with a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. To top it all off…. Our Son was drafted! 5th round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers! A great place for us to celebrate! Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us!
Fabulous location!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house and it was an experience I will never forget. The house has six beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own unique character and charm. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and high-quality linens that ensured a great night's sleep. One of the best features of this beach house is the breathtaking views of the ocean. There are expansive windows and beautiful balconies that allow for a panoramic view of the sparkling blue water and stunning sunsets. It was truly a treat to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing and enjoy my morning coffee while watching dolphins swim by.
