This is a great house. We have been summering in IOP for nearly 15 years- first with 4 school age children and now with 4 adult children and their significant others. This house is perfect for that. There is room for everyone to enjoy some privacy when needed but also come together as a large group. The screened in porch on the main level is wonderful. We basically rotated from the porch, to the beach, to the pool, repeat. The management company was quick to respond to any questions- we would definitely stay here again!
Milestone Birthdays
We were looking for a place to celebrate milestone birthdays - 80, 70, 50, 21 and 18. Our granddaughter just recently moved to Mt. Pleasant so we decided to celebrate in Isle of Palms. This house was a dream for the 11 of us that stayed there. It was so convenient to the beach and the commercial area! The screened in porches was a plus! We would stay there again!!! Thanks to Deserving Vacations for being so helpful along the way!!!

Our family reunion group included an elder with mobility issues. The elevator made all the difference. We appreciated the large common areas as well as the comfortable beds.
Great House/Great Location!
We very much enjoyed our time in this home! Great location. Just a few blocks from beach and Isle of Palms restaurants and bars! Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Property Manager was extremely attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!
Spectacular Venue!
This home was everything as advertised: updated, spacious, well-appointed with plenty of features and room for all. It was thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and is a fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and the bars/shopping district. Any items needing attention were attended to promptly by the DV team. Our first time at this property and with Deserving Vacations and we would do it all over again!

Great location with ocean about 5 minute walk. Have been using VRBO for about 8 years. Best house, location and management company that we have used. Alec could not have been more attentive to our needs. House was spacious enough to fit our family of 13 including a 3 year old and 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the house and location
Classic home
If you want to be with your family, but not on top of each other, this home is perfect for you. We were there with seven adults and three children. Our daughter and her husband and their two year old toddler stayed in the mother-in-law suite. They traveled with a lot of stuff and it was perfect for loading and unloading. The other two granddaughters enjoyed the bunkbeds. All other bedrooms nicely appointed. Though very very close to the ocean, the pool made it nice when the toddler was napping. The pool is partially shadowed in the late afternoon, so we all could play without fear of being burned by the sun. Amenities galore. Beautiful doors… kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed. No one ever had to wait for the bathroom. Morning coffee great on screened porches.
