Reviews
Just What We Needed!
This was our first, won't be our last, trip to IOP. Very pretty island, bike/jogging paths all over, quiet, didn't really need to go to the "mainland" for anything except a trip to the Aquarium, which was very nice! The Deserving Vacations Team were VERY easy and accommodating to work with, ensuring everything was prepped & ready for our stay. The home looked just like the pictures and was ready for us to enjoy right on time. It was a perfect place to meet up with our daughter, son-in-law, & 13 month old granddaughter. We asked in advance to have a vacuum & mop on hand (for sand & what-not) in consideration of our granddaughter who is working on walking but still spends a lot of time crawling, & Alec made sure it was available. We also noted the home was young child friendly in having utensils, dishes, a pack-n-play & even a few toys on hand. The home itself was very nicely appointed, spacious, and the views from both decks did not disappoint. With four adults and two children, we had more than enough room. The consensus on the mattresses was they are a bit firm, at least two of us have back issues, so there's that. The Master bedroom closet did have an eggcrate topper available, unfortunately for me, those do not help, but it was nice that they provided that option. The kitchen was well appointed and had both regular & Keurig coffee makers. Plenty of dishes, bowls, pots (even one large enough to cook crabs in) etc. The only thing I can honestly say was missing would be a grill, we had purchased steaks and burgers to bring with us but were dismayed to find there wasn't one. Honestly, that was my fault for not remembering to check for one listed in the amenities, but we didn't let it deter steak night! We did have one very short episode with the upstairs AC not cooling properly, but again Alec had someone out in a jiffy & we were back in business. Beach access was perfect, just a short walk across the lawn and down to a well maintained quiet beach. Mostly families or older couples, all very friendly. The pool area was also very nice with 2 pools to choose from, a snack/bar cabana, and easy access to the beach from there as well. There is a marina about six minutes from the house which offers boat rentals and we had a great afternoon tooling around in one of their pontoon boats, which is perfect for families with little ones (Zac was super helpful with suggestions of where to fish, crab, see dolphins & even had infant life vests on hand). Restaurant options were plenty, varied, very good, & close (which was especially nice when you have a toddler who still naps!) The IOP Marina restaurant was great for lunch & also has an ice cream shop. In all, we had a wonderful stay & will definitely book through Deserving Vacations again!
Beautiful Oceanfront Home!
We have rented many beachfront homes, and 15 Grand Pavilion is our new favorite! Great location- quick walk to the beach via the boardwalk that is accessible through the yard. The home is was well maintained and very clean. This was our first time renting with Deserving Vacations, and they were great to work with.
AMAZING
We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Pavilion 15. We had 10 people on our group. 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 5,11,12,& 14. It was the perfect home for us! The view is to die for! The home was very clean with the most beautiful decorations! We will be staying here again in the future!!!

Stayed here recently with my whole family. There were ten of us and three littles. We had the most amazing week and enjoyed this beautiful home and its breathtaking view. Love the house and the location. Second year in a row, my family and another stayed here with 4 younger children. Definitely would do it again.

Great family spring break!
Fabulous view, location and comfort in this well equipped and well decorated beach front house. Everything was very clean and arriving/leaving was super easy. The best part was the porch view! Definitely will be returning. Thank you!
Great oceanfront home!
Our family of six adults stayed in this home for Easter weekend. It was a wonderful place to gather, with plenty of space to spread out for sleeping, playing games, eating and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The two outdoor porches were great, especially since we had rain for most of our stay. We loved the beachfront location with easy, quick access to the beach and also to the pool and Boardwalk/Sweetgrass areas. Alec was a great host. We would stay here again!
