Lagoon Villa 19 is perfectly positioned right in the heart of Wild Dunes — walk to the pool, walk to the beach, walk to the golf course, walk to the restaurants. This beautifully decorated first-floor villa overlooks the sweeping Wild Dunes lagoons from both private balconies, giving guests a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful natural scenery on the island.
Two bedrooms — a king and a room with two queens — each with their own full en suite bathroom and private balcony. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexibility for larger groups. The living room is bright and spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked, and everything you need for an active Isle of Palms vacation is right outside your door. For those who prefer to slow down, the private porch under the centuries-old live oaks is the perfect place to unplug and watch the wildlife over the lagoon.

Lagoon Villa 19 guests have exclusive access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

We had the best time here! This condo was so cute & had everything we needed! We loved the spacious living room, comfortable couches, & nice TV. The kitchen, dining room, & bedrooms were perfectly sufficient for us. The beds were comfortable & the condo was very clean! 2 bathrooms were plenty for our group. We appreciated the separate vanity area for getting ready while others were in the shower/toilet room. The location was amazing. Just a short walk to the beach & cute dining, ice cream, coffee shop, & bar nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and convenient location
19 Lagoon Villas was clean and well kept. Comfortable stay for our group! We love how close it was to the action in Wild Dunes. It's an easy walk to the Grand Pavilion and the beach! The price is also very reasonable for the product. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing location and beautiful home.
Wonderful condo!
This was our first time staying in the Lagoon Villas and within the Wild Dunes resort area. Beautiful area and many amenities available. We loved all the walking trails, pool, and playground. We traveled with our 1 year old son and really appreciated this villa being on the first floor. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, which was not difficult at all. Great walking trail to get there and beach was not crowded. Overall, the villa was a perfect size for us and our son. Nice furniture, beds, bathrooms, and kitchen was well stocked. Having the outside storage for beach chairs/toys was great too. Instructions to get to the condo and into the villa were great. Highly recommend this condo!
Enjoyed our stay
Very much enjoyed our time here. Location was perfect, walk to the beach and pavilion were short. Villa was very comfortable, good sized and decorated nicely. There were tons of games to play and that was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Great family spot
We stayed here for a week with our son, daughter in law, and 9 year old granddaughter. The location was ideal for the community pool and a very short walk to the beach. The large living room, decks, and patios gave us plenty of room to spread out. The separated bedrooms/bathrooms were nice with lots of drawer and hanger spaces. The managers, Deserving Vacations, were easy to chat with about access to the condo and quickly responsive when the coffee maker was found broken. Had a new one in just a few hours!!
We loved this villa!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week at Lagoon Villa 19. The buildings are lovely from the outside, and the inside was decorated charmingly. The apartment is large, the bedrooms and living area are all good sized, and the kitchen is very workable! It would have been nice to have coffee filters for the coffee maker, but we did not find any so used paper towels--I know Covid makes everything tricky! We were in town for a wedding and my adult son and girlfriend stayed with us part of the time. It was great to have ensuite bathrooms, so each couple had their own bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The decks off the bedrooms were lovely for a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. We stayed five nights and the villa was perfect, and a short walk to the beach, too!

Highly recommend this condo - amazing location on IOP. 2min walk to the beach, the pool, the tennis courts and also 5min walk to the hotel and restaurants - loved our stay!

This is our third year returning to Lagoon Villas, and this was our favorite decor condo yet! - Beautiful decor throughout - Short walk to beach via Seagrove Lane - Close to pool - Lower condo, less stairs to walk We did have an issue with the washer/dryer while we were there and the Deserving Vacations crew were so accommodating and got it replaced quickly! Thank you so much!
