The primary suite sits on the upper floor — a private king bedroom with its own full en suite bathroom and spectacular direct ocean views. Downstairs, the kitchen and living room open right out to the Atlantic, with the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool just steps away. It’s the kind of place where you wake up, look out the window, and genuinely can’t believe you’re not dreaming.
Tucked directly adjacent to shops and restaurants in Wild Dunes, Seagrove 11C is as convenient as it is beautiful. Covered private parking, an oceanfront pool, and the full suite of Wild Dunes amenities — golf, spa, dining, bike trails — are all right outside your door. For families, couples, or friend groups who want the ultimate in beachfront access, this is the one.

Seagrove Villa 11C guests have exclusive access to the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
🎾 Tennis & Pickleball
Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!

IOP Seagrove 11C
We are repeat guests at Seagrove 11C and have been coming to IOP for 20 years. This Seagrove unit is perfectly situated for a wonderful beach vacation, steps from the beach and overlooking the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better location or for nicer accommodations at a seaside venue. We will definitely return again and again.

WOW.. this place was fantastic! Extremely close to the beach. Space was updated and comfortable. Our host was *EXTREMELY* helpful and responsive. Possibly one of the best hosts I've ever experienced. 2 small notes for our host, that weren't a big deal, but worth taking a look at: 1 - Small wasp nest on the porch 2 - Porch door access to the stairwell was a little sticky/tough to close Otherwise absolutely zero complaints! Fantastic! Would book again

My husband and I visited the Isle of Palms for the first time and we chose correct with 11c Seagrove! What a wonderful oceanfront stay! The condo was clean and equipped with all of our needs. The location was perfect. The beach was steps away! The condo was perfect! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!! Thank you 11C!

Lovely condo right on the beach. It was very clean with all of the expected amenities. Communication was quick and helpful, easy in and out. We stayed in the exact same condo last year, and we liked it so much that we came back! We’d do it again!

Wonderful place! We loved the extremely close, unobstructed view of the ocean. You are right there. The condo is lovely and everything we needed was provided. Also Alec at Deserving Vacations was responsive to all my emails. It's couldn't have been better.
IOP Oceanfront Beauty
We stayed at 11C Seagrove for 4 nights with our son who lives in SC and had a wonderful mini-vacation. The two-level oceanfront condo was fabulous. A 2-minute walk to the ocean, a 1-minute walk to the pool, covered parking, privacy on the deck overlooking the ocean, great large kitchen, huge flat screen TV, comfy memory foam bedding, and we could go on and on. We also have to include our thanks to Deserving Vacations, our exclusive rental agency, and Alec for his personalized customer service. Next time we visit IOP, we will be staying here if at all possible.
Great location
We stayed here with our daughter and her husband and loved the property being directly on the ocean and having direct access. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable for all four of us. We also loved the location and being close to bars and restaurants. Next time we hope to use the tennis and golf facilities.
Excellent location!
As a young family of 5, Seagrove 11C was the perfect spot for us - quick access to the beach, comfy accommodations, and easy pool access. Our kids loved it. The place is spotless! We have stayed on the IOP several times before, but Seagrove 11C is our favorite location. We hope to return next year.
