Summer House 203 guests have exclusive access to the Summer House oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

Fantastic
The Wild Dunes resort has a lot to offer and SummerHouse 203 is in an ideal location to take advantage of the beautiful beaches of the Isle of Palms. On the 2nd floor with immediate access to the pool and beach, the property was bright, clean, airy, and was well equipped for all of our needs. The beds were quite comfortable and the master and living room offered a wonderful view of the both the pool and ocean - really nice to wake up to or take in while relaxing at the property. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or come up from the beach for lunch or to cool off in the very efficient a/c. Parking is ample and you can even find a few shaded spots in the lot. Overall, we loved Summerhouse203 and the Isle of Palms and can't wait to come back.
Awesome
We stayed at Summerhouse 203 for 5 nights and our stay was awesome! There was more than enough space for a family of 5 (3 kids - 11, 9 and 7). The condo itself was beautiful and well kept. The kids loved the space and loved its proximity to the beach and pool. They were so into the water that we rarely left the condo. It was nice to have a full kitchen for those days we just didn't feel like leaving. The condo itself is relatively close to so many great restaurants, shops and things to do. My kids are already looking forward to going back. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
Great family vacation spot!
My family and I had a wonderful time. The space is beautiful and clean. My son is 8 and my daughter is 17, it worked out perfect for us. Steps to the beach and pool and a 30ish minute drive to downtown Charleston. The area is fantastic too. The last day we discovered the restaurants inside the resort community. I highly recommend all of it. We would stay here again.
